I have a problem in AX security. I have Salespersons that create Sample request and then send a notification to their Manager for approval. The sales managers then use their notifications to go directly to the samples orders and can approve it or reject it. My question is this - They need to be able to reject/approve line items also - this way the salesperson doesn’t have to re-create the entire order if one line gets rejected. I can find the security for the Approved status field but it doesn't work when using user notifications to navigate to the Sample order. Can anyone help?
