Can I use existing BizTalk 2009 Applications with AX 2012 AIF?

We are currently running Dynamics AX 4.0 SP2 and are in the process of upgrading to AX 2012. We utilize the Application Integration Framework (AIF) along with BizTalk Server 2009 to trade documents both internally and with external systems.

I have seen articles and white papers on integrating AX 2012 AIF with BizTalk 2010, but nothing about using BizTalk 2009.

Is BizTalk 2009 compatible with AX 2012 and can I continue to use my existing BizTalk 2009 Applications with AX 2012 with some configuration changes or do I need to totally rewrite everything?
