visual studio credentials for developing off domain

Hello,

I am having trouble connecting to a AOT / AOS for visual studio development.

I believe the issue is that I am in domain xyz and the AOX is the demo VPC / VHD supplied by microsoft.

If i install the visual studio tools I get the "Disconnected from AOS" message and the machine event viewer is reporting lots of login errors.

This makes some sense in that I am not on the domain.

Is it therefore possible to edit the client config file to add a security / user name etc into the config to identify oneself to the AOS / AOT ?

I am able to browse things such as the WSDL and run operations against the services if i specify domain credentials in the call

Thanks

B....
