Management Reporter Backups

Hi,

I'm just wondering what the practice is around backing up the different components of Management reporter i.e. (reports, trees, building blocks, row defs, databases). Is there a process to back up all of these different components or is that only the database can be backed up? I know I can export building blocks which amounts to a manual backup. Wondering if there is any other way of backing things up.
