customer deposit in AX 2009 point of sales

Hi All,

I need your appreciated help.

I have issue when I post payment to customer account from the POS, and here is the scenario:

1. From Ax 2009 POS add customer then click customer deposit button

2. added amount then ok

3. Pull the data to HQ

4. Calculate the statement. the payment transaction comes but I observed that the net amount is zero

5. Statement is posted without voucher created, another words; the customer balance not affected and this is the issue.

Any one can help please
