I'm new to Axapta and am hoping someone can help me with this client side issue.
I have an AX9 client PC that is no longer retaining the last selected Print Medium. Example, the user runs a “Customer Ageing Report” from within the Sales Ledger, she selects "Print to File" on this occassion. The next time she runs the report you would expect that "Print to File" would be the automatically selected option, but it defaults back to "Print to Screen".
Until recently her PC used to retain the last used selection. I have tested her account on a different PC and on this one it retains the last selection so the issue appears to be specific to her client installation.
On her PC I have already;
1) Cleared the local Axapta User cache, i.e. renamed the *.auc file in c:\documents & settings\username\local settings\application data & let it rebuild itself on the next application launch
2) Ran the Repair Client option from within the AxCliCfg.exe in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\50\Client\Bin
3) Ran a repair on the Axapta client installation from within the Windows XP Add/Remove Programs options.
