Well as the title suggests, i am bit worried, on which role to accept from the current offers that i have.
I have 6 yrs of exp in AX(from 4.0 to Ax 2012), at present my current organization is not going so well, hence i am looking for change.
I have 2 offers one is from a company that are relatively new into the market, they are into SAP, and oracle Apps however they just concluded one AX 2012 implementation , and they want to invest more on AX segment and they are looking for AX guys, however they dnt have any one AX architect level, they are hiring people having exp from 2-6 yrs.
on other hand i have , one more offer, where the company has good name in market and they have good chunk of work , but currently they are hiring for Upgrade projects, upgrade i mean from Ax5.0 to ax2012 version, hence i am bit worried whether upgrade will really give me good platform going forward in my career. what if , i end up as a upgrade developer, less chances for future???
