Dimension set validation lookup

Hi All,

           I'm working on Ax 4.0. I have created a dimension set, set the dimension hierarchy values and dimension set rules. Say, I have created a dimension set 'DimSet' with department dimension and the hierarchy value is set with values '11' and '22' in structure designer screen. I have created a dimension rule for 'DimSet' for ledger account '1010110'. In General Ledger transaction, I have given ledger account '1010110'. When I select the department dimension, the drop down displays all the values instead of showing only '11' and '22'.  Where as in Ax 2009, it is working fine. Am I missing something or is it the standard behavior of Ax 4.0 ?
