Change first day of the week

Hello,

We are using Microsoft Dynamics 2009 and our timesheets show the first day of the week to be Monday. The project parameters also show the WeekDays parameter to be 'Monday' and I am unable to change it. We would like to change the first day of the week to be Sunday instead of Monday. Is this possible? If so, how do we go about doing this? Thank you in advance for your help.
