I posted Invoice for my purchase order, however i noticed that ledger assigned to purchase.accrual posting type did not reverse at the time of invoice.
Would you please recommend where to check? based on posting setup there was no change under posting type.
We are doing AX 2012 installs on about 150 new computers.
When we get to the pre-req AX wants Visual C++ 2008 SP1 64 and 86
When clicking the click to download the hyperlink is broke/gone.
We found the 86 on CNET, but can not find the 64 anywhere.
We are moving from Win 7 to 10 and we never had this issue with the 7 machines.
Any help/advice/hyperlink would be great.

I am trying to configure the report. Possible conflicts: inventory and general accounting.
It is generating with the error: The type of accounting The purchase costs of the product were recorded in a main account that represents the inventory.
report value is correct
make the settings below
Main inventory account> Totals
Posting Validation> Specify multiple valid option
The type of posting> The purchase cost for the product is
It is also parameterized Cost management> Configuration of mayor book integration policies> Parameters

Opening a Home/Common/Global address book Global address book form I get this error
Cannot create a record in Global address book (DirPartyTable). Party ID: ******, ***. The record already exists.
With my user (is not sysADM) I'm NOT able to select a record in CompanyInfo. I done a debug (Debug-NO_SysADM), my user is not able to get a record in ComanyInfo by this query
select companyInfo
where companyInfo.DataArea= _currentCompany_
This query NOT get an helpful record, but actually the record in CompanyInfo Table exist.
There is any parameter to exclude some rolles/user to check-find record in this table?
Or there is any way to justify this?

I encountered an error 'Invalid object name' when configuring a POS button action to override transaction tax.
This error occurs when I click '...' button of the Override name field. I'm wondering if anyone has come across this before or know where to find the source code to debug with?

VendTable is virtualized and when I try to create a view joining the dirpartytable, logisticspostaladdress I am getting records for all the legal entities in the result set. How can I get the view to display only one record?

Currently we have our system configured to get the 'Latest cost price' of an item when we raise a purchase order.
How do I configure the system to give me an agreed price from the vendor as per a 'Trade agreement'?

We are getting error "Error during upload" when uploading a file that is configured to save files to SharePoint Online. This is on latest Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
We have document management enabled, we are currently saving files to a local folder on the AOS server but now want to save files to our online sharepoint library in O365.
2. I set Archive directory appropriately. I tried various veresions of the URL, which were all unsuccessful. And under document management, authentication type = "SharePoint Online"
3. All result in an error when trying to upload a file that is local to the AOS server - "Error during upload"

5. There is no exception stack so I don't know the exact reason why, but we tried various versions of the URL, we tried uploading a file locally, and we know the service account has access to the sharepoint site/team.
Any suggestions/ideas?

During vendor payment journal posting I'm receiving such error: "Posting results for journal batch number XXX Voucher XXX The value 5637145327 is not found in the map"
Payment journal contain transactions what is created and sent to bank for payment.
Each line contain equal information. Like: Bank account, Description, Method of payment, Bank transaction type, Vendor bank details etc.
Journal lines is in status "Sent" what is requested to post journal.
Only difference is: each line is for unique invoice.
Interesting part is that for the same Vendor: one invoice can be posted, but second or third can't be posted.
Only what changes in error message is voucher number when previous voucher from error message is deleted, but rec ID (I think this is rec ID 5637145327) doesn't.
Found that such rec ID is for bank account code, so I tried to replace offset to ledger account. I received the same error with the same rec ID.
Have someone ever faced issue like this and can advice me with possible solution?

I have a 2 stage PICK and PACK Work template set up in AX to PICK from a location and PUT to a Stage location. Then PICK from Stage and PUT to Dock (See below).

I have separate work classes for the PICK and PACK. I have a Mobile device menu created for the PICK and PUT function and they are both using existing work and is user directed. When the user performs the PICK through mobile for a sales order with 2 different items, both items are displayed in mobile for validation before moving to Stage. However when performing the PACK to Pick from Stage and Put to Dock, mobile will just display 'Multiple' in the item field with a total quantity instead of listing the 2 items individually for validation before moving to Dock.
Our warehouse has Pickers and Packers. The Pickers when using mobile are able to see each item before doing the Put to Dock. The Packers when using mobile to do the Pack function does not show each line item and quantity before moving to Stage (See below)
Is there away to get Mobile to display each line item for a multiple item Put? This way the Packers can verify the items they are packing into the containers. Right now they can only verify the quantity but no the actual item/catalog.
Any help on this will be much appreciated.

I do have a class with a dialog, having range values entered by user.
I want to create a query having CustTable data matching the values. All range values except 1 are for custTable. 1 is for the invoicedate on custinvoicejour.
In the case there are records in the custinvoicejour with an invoicedate in a specific timeframe I want to get only those custTable records, if there is no time-frame specified I want to get all custTable records matching the ranges

Objective is to create mails from AX2012R2 and send them by MailChimp for statistics, because we want to measure what has been done with the sended mails and so on.
To develop a connector to Mailchimp will not be a problem, a add-on is not preferred.

I've a scenario to run aging report via batch job for email purpose. Once job has been executed, Pdf of report would be sent to user via email. Now user want to get the aging report pdf for both companies,let assume company A & B. If i use cross company in aging query it'll merge the records in single report. But my scenario is to get two different report. How can i manage this? Any suggestion ?

The Student Information table has two fields , Student Name and Rollno , the Student Marks table contains two fields Rollno and marks . If im Entering Roll no in Student information table the same roll no should be inserted in Student marks table . and also if im modifying the roll no in student infomation table it also updated in student marks table . i need x++ code for that . i am new to AX.
