At http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh242387.aspx (and below) there aew some instructions for setting up AIF to receive BAI2 statements electronically.
I have carried out steps 1,2 and 3 but am stuck at step 4 and 13.
Step 4 - I cant see the button “Registration services”…
Step 13 - I cant see options for csv2xml and xml2aif. There is a "Load" button which suggests you can load the file in at this point for the transform. Are these files that are generally available because I have searched and not found them.
Any one out there succeeded in importing BAI2 bank statements?

Before you can receive the BAI2 statement electronically, you must register custom services and adapters, manage operations and inbound transforms, and activate inbound ports.
1. Click System administration> Setup> Services and Application Integration Framework> Inbound ports.
2. Press CTRL+N to create a new inbound port.
3. In the Port name and Description fields, enter the name and description of the inbound port as BAI2.
4. Click Register services and Register adapters to register the services and adapters as a one-time process.
5. In the Adapter field, select the adapter name as File system adapter.
6. In the URI field, specify a path for receiving electronic data.
7. Click Service operations to open the Select service operations form.
8. Select service operations such as BankStmtISOService.Create, BankStmtISOService.Delete, BankStmtISOService.Find, and BankStmtISOService.Read.
9. Close the Select service operations form.
10. Select the Transform all requests check box to include inbound transforms.
11. Click Inbound transforms to open the Transforms form.
12. Press CTRL+N to create a new line and in the Transform name field, select the transform name csv2xml.
13. Press CTRL+S to import the transform. Add another transform xml2aif following the steps 9 through 10. Make sure to import csv2xml and then xml2aif; click Move up or Move down to change the order if needed.
14. Close the form to save your changes and return to the Inbound ports form.
15. Click Activate to activate the service.
16. Close the form to save your changes.
