How to Run a Batch Job Automatically Once an XML file stored in a folder for process in AX 2009. I don't want it to be run on specific time interval but just run once when a file arrives in the folder. without using AIF.

Dear all,
I want to prepare next year production plan for product A from sales forecast:
01.2016 700 pcs.
02.2016 800 pcs.
All needed set up for run forecast scheduling are done. My forecast plan have Coverage time fence = Capacity time fence = 730.
Then demand forecast lines had been created: (date format: M/D/YYYY)
After run forecast schedule, there are only planned order of 2015. two planned orders of 2016 are miss.
Could you please tell me what are problems?

As you know out location on Resource group must by managed by Licence plate.
When I generate a quality order by using a quality association defined on reference type = Production and Event type = Report as finished, i've got this trouble : the quality order generated don't inherit of the licence plate I attach on my last route operation !
--> The quality order doesn't functionne because the link isn't good; it doesn't concern the same object/item.
Is it a bug ? How can I do to retrieve the licence plate.

Hi All,
I have created three parameters (Sort by, From date, To date) on the SSRS report. Three parameters are coming correct on the AX report dialog box. The problem is the parameters displaying order is not coming correctly. Coming in this order (Fromdate, Sort by and To date).
If i run this report through internet explorer in the reporting service url, the parameter order is coming correctly.
Any idea to fix this issue?

Does anybody know if it's possible to get receive a notification/trigger in AX when the goods are delivered?
For example: Purchase receive invoice of supplier so they know the goods has been transported to the customer (direct delivery). From the Sales side they want to see if the goods are shipped / will be shipped to the customer.

Why there no change in tax deduction amount even after changing tax code rate percentage.
I had changed the Rate value in Tax Code form.
After changing I had generated earning statement and pay statement for a employee with this tax code.
his tax deduction amount still remains same.

I have this Query that is connected in my RDP
All data is related correctly, and i think the code is fine ( i use Queryrun)
but when i run it in my report, im only getting the first record, which is supposed to be 2 records.
FirstOnly is set to No, Query is Okay, Relations are Okay.

When we run the sales confirmation report, it does not display line items that have been invoiced. This seems to be standard functionality of the report. Does anyone know why the report performs this way and why its not showing invoiced items and what I can change so it shows invoiced items?

I have two menu items of type Display which are linked to the same form. In the below image i have marked those two.
If i click on Manufacturer External item description tab named notes should be only visible rest tabs should not be visible. And if i click on External item description rest tabs should be visible , notes tab should not be visible.
Can anybody guide me.
Product information and management -> common -> released products
select any record and switch to purchase tab-> related information -> external item description &&
purchase tab-> related information -> Manufacturer external item description

I have a fresh install of DynamicsAX 2012 R3 client installed on my station and a fresh install of Visual Studio 2013. I'm trying to add componants for developpers in AX but I get prerequisite warnings that I need to update VS 2010.
Anyone know a workaround for this?

While deploying menu item to EP(right click menu item and deploy to EP) I am facing below issue(infologmessage):

threw an exception. ---> Requested registry access is not allowed.
The user which I used to log in AX client is axadmin and has full rights everywhere. Even I tried with multiple users. Sharepoint & IIS is installed on different machine than AOS. Also, Ax Database is on different machine. Below are things I tried so far, but no luck.
Then I debugged the code (set a breakpoint at Classes\Info\Add) and could see that class\SysEpDeploymentProxy\DeployWebcomponent- Line 38

The above code under if condition threw this exception i.e CLR exception. VirtualSeverURL variable is empty here but SiteURL variable contains my EP site url path. Don’t know whats going wrong her.
I understand the epDeploymentServiceClient is trying to call webservice at IIS and then that webservice is supposed to call required method to deploy component.
But as of now I am stuck here and nobody can deploy anything. Please help ASAP.

The only thing I can think of is a permission issue, but I am running as Admin so I don't know where else to look. Is there some SQL permission I must change?

we would disaggregate the cost of procurement across all lines of a PO.
For example, I bought to SUPPLIER CO. 1000 products at $ 100 each, so $ 100,000
I have $ 500 customs tax.
I have $ 2,000 for freight with UPS or nevermind.
I want to say that the UPS invoice need to be "financially breakdown" (sorry for my english) on my SUPPLIER CO. invoice.
And I would like that the cost price of the item will be (100,000 + 500 + 2,000) / 100 so $ 102.50.
How to do that ?
AX2009 when we do Bom Calculation for an item on qty can we change from 1 to higher for example 50 and set it up that way for this sub assembly, so every time this item BOm is run it run with qty,
can some one please advise where is this set up ?
