We are on Dynamics Axapta 4.0. We are going live on 1099's this year. We have several companies in the environment that share the same TCC but who will file individual electronic 1099 files with the IRS.
When we setup the transmitter table in one company, it changes the data in another company, so the table appears to be shared.
Has anyone encountered this? Is anyone using 1099's?
A workaround is simply to change each company's transmitter data before we create an electronic file but sooner or later someone is going to muck up and send an incorrect filing to the IRS.
