Install AX on work group (Home PC)

Hi All,

I am trying to install AX 2012 on my home PC which is Windows 2007 professional. i.e under domain group, this is not a server installation.

While installing I am getting following error.

Is it something like that AX need active directly and we can install only on server addition of OS?.
