How to import data in AX 2012 through excell ( Office addins ) ??? (Urgent)

Dear All,

I am trying to do import/export in ax 2012 through office addins.

I have succesfully exported the data from ax 2012 to excel.But could not import data.

Plz let me know If any one knows how to import data in ax 2012.
