How to change the old EP portal (Default Role Center) to new one.

I would like to create a new Default Role Center. So far, I created new URL and page definition in the AOT. But I do not know how to deploy this new Role Center onto Sharepoint. I mean, when user is loading Default Role Center, they should see the new Role Center.

How can I achieve it?
