Hi,
We are currently working on Email alerts in Ax 2009.
We found that email sent status is getting updated in Administration->Periodic->Email processing->'Email sending status' form for 'has changed' event which is setup in 'create alert rule' form.
But the same is not happening in case of 'is set to:' event? Does it creates any records in the above form in case of this event or not?
Please let us know if anybody has any idea.
