Dynamics AX connector for Mobile Application having The token provider was unable to provide a security token while accessing 'https://namespace-sb-accesscontrol.windows.net/WRAPv0.9/'

I want to do workflow approval via mail, for that i am following whitepaper published by Microsoft for Workflow Approval Via Mail and in this step I am having The token provider was unable to provide a security token while accessing 'namespace-sb-accesscontrol.windows.net/WRAPv0.9' error during Dynamics AX connector for Mobile Application.

Can Anyone know how to resolve it ?
