It took me several days to troubleshoot the layout issue but still not solved yet. I installed EP 2012 on windows server 2008 R2 successfuly but the portal layout does not display correctly. It seems IIS (7.5) is unable to read the CSS files. I tried many suggesstions from the net but no luck! The Static Content option is installed but this doens't help also. Should anyone faced & solved it please advise. Highly appreciate.
