Our client uses AX 2012 R2 CU7 and is having a problem with retail POS:
Staff 1 scans a receipt to process a return transaction. Before completing the return, the staff is called for something else and has to suspend the transaction.
Staff 2 operates the same receipt and completes the return.
Staff 1 comes back, recalls the suspended transaction, and is able to complete it without any issue.
As a result, the system processes 2 returns against 1 purchase. In headquarter the store statement fails to calculate on that day for this reason. However would this issue have been resolved at POS in the first place to avoid potential fraud? Is there a hotfix for it already?
