Hi All,
I have an issue regarding some of the PR inside AX. some of my Project PR just stuck in approved state, cannot be released into PO, also they cannot be recalled.
Everything inside that PR is correct (have budget, have vendor account,have complete financial dimension). In fact I tried to re-create the exact PR from Scratch, and it does work. (using copy or copy lines won't work. it will stuck again after PR approved). which proving that this is a bug.
These stuck PR is very similar to Non project PR that is stuck in Approved stage ("budget reserved fund" button active). The only difference is, that clicking "budget reverse fund" button will resolve those PR, where as to these PR projects, it doesn't. Instead, clicking that button will give me this error message :
"Function ProjectCommitmentFacade::canUpdateProjectCommitment has been incorrectly called.
The pre-encumbrance for budget fund reservation for purchase requisition .... ,was not recorded. To view and correct the error go to purchase requisition list page."
Anyone can help me ?
