On-Hand value differs from Reservation form values

Hi,

I have seen this issue many times where the values of Physical stock in Reservation form is different from On-Hand form. For example below:

For a specific item the reservation form for a specific batch number has maximum physical stock as 0

But if we go and check the same batch number in On-Hand for the same warehouse it is showing that it has Physical Stock.

Same applies with many items where in reservation form it is showing maximum physical stock as x quantity while in On-Hand it is showing physical available is y quantity.

I can assure all the transactions related to batch number is Purchased or Sold so Physical Available value in On-Hand should be equal to Maximum  physical stock in reservation form.

Version is R3 CU6 but I have seen this in CU7 also.

Is there any KB for this?
