Hi,
I am installing a testing environment. The case I am facing right now is:
- Help server works for majority of the domain user accounts
- For one account (who has local admin/domain admin rights), the "content" in the help viewer is empty and all searches return no results
- In the event viewer there is no error messages
Anyone have faced this issue before?
Tried (but didn't help):
1) Look at registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
the value for key "Start_SearchFiles" is 1.
2) Rebuilt user profile. (By delete existing profile -> login)
Any idea?
