Hi ,
I am able to see some old outbound messages in created status in document history in Ax 2009.After processing from queue manager the status in document history table should be changed to Processed or Error, but still i could see some of the outbound messages in created status for past few days.why where these messages didnt get processed? or pilledup.if it is processed its status should change to Processed or error but still these outbound messages are in created status only.If it was rolling back due to some exception while processing from queue manager it should delete the old messages from Doc history table and create a new messages for reprocessing but this was not happening.please can any body assist me .thanks in advance
