I hope I can convey my problem to you. I still lack in my technical vocabulaire.
Recently I have noticed that several purchaseorders were lacking dimensions. Not in the header, but in the rules?
Every rule misses department, proces, theme, project, category and report information.
I have managed to reproduce the situation. Sometimes a employee selects another supplier after filling a purchaserequisition form. At this point AX asks if you want to update the dimensions: (screenshots in Dutch)

If you confirm all dimensions are blank!
Strangely enough if fill in the dimensions and change supplier again the "update dimensions" combo is not present.
Is this a know issue? Has somebody seen this before?
