AX Services are getting restarted frequently

HI,

AX 2009 LIVE SEVICES are restarting oftenly,so users can not perform any activity on LIVE.

Since,We are facing it at LIVE end;all the operations by users has been stopped.

I got an error from EventViewer which is as follows:-
