In standard AX it is not possible to have two inventory units for the same item. Therefore two items will need to be created if you stock the same goods in two different ways. An example in construction is typically cement, which can in the same warehouse be stored in bulk (inventory unit kg or t) or in bags (inventory unit 25kg bag). Is there a work around to solve this without creating 2 items. If not, did anyone develop an extension in order to allow this and what are your experiences.
