AX2012 Print management error 25

Hi,

We have Dynamics AX2012 R2 CU1 environment.

I have added a post event handler subcription to a method getDefaultReportFormat on a class PrintMgmtDocType. But after that I get an internal error 25 when I try to go to Account receivable - Setup - Forms - Form setup - Print management. I can't figure out, why. Could somebody help me?
