I want to use SQL Server2008R2 SSRS with AX2009SP1, When I install “Reporting extensions”, the install window shows me that I need install “IIS, ASP.NET 2.0, ADOMD.net”. If I clicked “Install prerequisite software”, I will get the error(please take a look at following pics). I don’t understand why do we need IIS since SQL 2008 R2 SSRS no longer depends on IIS, how can I resolve this problem?
My test environment:
All of software are installed in a Windows server 2008 R2 64 bit pc.
Install all components of SQL Server 2008 R2.
Create domain and a uer account for test(belong to administrator group), install AX2009 with develop components selected, SP1, GLS update, RU7, and initial it.
Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Shell (isolated mode) Redistributable Package
Windows 7 & .net 3.5 sp1 SDK
Copy and replace Microsoft.Dynamics.Setup. ReportingServices.dll file in installation files.
