AX retail POS 2012 very slow after we scan or input item's SKU/Barcode

Dear All,

Anybody have same experience with me?

After user scan barcode, or input manually the SKU/Barcode, it needs 14 seconds, before the item appear on the POS.

We have implemented Ax retail pos 2009, but the respond is very fast, less than 1 second.

We dont use offline database, I don't know whether the offline database has relation with this or not.
