How do AX2012 and Exchange Online coordinate with each other?
A customer has already been using Exchange Online, and they want coordinate its contacts and schedules automatically with AX 2012.
They would also like to access all related emails in Outlook with, for example, leads and contacts in AX 2012 related with them.
If they do not coordinate automatically, are they any tools which promote coordination?
Or, do we need to develop this kind of tool using platform such as EWS (Exchange Web Services)?
