AX 2009 - Adding Quarantine and Direct Delivery Warehouses

Hi All, 

#1) As per my understanding if I create a warehouse for example, W001 and then I want to setup Quaratine and Direct Delivery for that - I basically need to create 2 separate warehouses with Q001 and D001 respectively and then associate those with the W001(master warehouse) correct?

#2) If yes, is there any difference in the parameters between W001, Q001, D001? I understand in W001 - I have to pick Q001 as Quarntine. But what about D001 - how do I associate it with W001? 

#3) Is there any special setup required for Q001 and D001?
