Purchase Order's Credit Note having problem SpecTransManager object not initialized.

Dear Experts,

When I am going to create a Credit Note and select the specific Purchase Order along with the line and click OK. It shows the below error. Did anyone has foudn the same problem [I am using AX 2012 R2 ]
