Class to create Financial Dimension

I need to create a Financial Dimension to use for a external programa, for create a Sale Order.

I require the recid that exists in the table DIMENSIONATTRIBUTEVALUESETITEM, to create the sales order.

I have 6 financial dimensions.

I need to know the class to create that combination with X++.
