I have a customer that complains that the time zones in Ax 2009 are outdated. A quick online search revealed that there is a thing called "Time Zone Patching Tool" in Ax.

The updates are supposed to be published on Customersource as xml files. But I cannot find any time zone updates.
Has anyone used this tool? If so...where did you find the updates?
