I'm exploring the possibility for my client to utilize Activities to schedule task with recurring feature.
In my setup, whenever I create Activity, Recurring Pattern button in the setup group is always disabled, including the Recurrence State is also disabled.
This happen for all activities category including appointment and task.
Even after I alter the field properties for recurrence state to allow edit, the recurrence pattern form only prompt with no record.
Is there any setup or pre requisition to use this function that I'm missing out here?
