Automating Data Refresh in Dynamics AX 2009

Refreshing AX data from PROD to STAGING environment can sometimes be really painful process.

I wanted to see if some of you had any experience in automating this process so that  STAGING environment data can be refreshed i.e. every day/week without any manual work.
