Expense Management: Payment Method drop down does not have values in Enterprise Portal

Hi All,

We are working on Dynamics AX 2009 and there is an issue in production where when a user is trying to create an Expense report in Enterprise Portal he is not getting any values in Payment method drop down.

I tried to replicate this issue in one of the parallel production environment with the same user groups as user but I am getting values in drop down.

Please let me know if you guys can throw some light over this issue.
