Hello -
A client has a list of Operating Units that are currently defined as Cost Centers. They have asked that they all be changed to Departments instead. To make the conversion I'm using the Excel add-in tool and loading in the DirPartyTable (Global Address Book), filtering for Operating groups only, and the tool successfully imports all Cost Centers. I proceed to changing the "Operating Unit Type" field to Department and then click Publish -- 0 records published, 0 records failed (basically nothing happens and the items all remain cost centers).
If anyone knows of a way to easily do this please let me know.
