I'm trying to solve a common issue with production orders. Here is the example scenario
1. production order status scheduled/started
2. one operational line (no.) in the route, with a run time. Resource in the requirement. 100% operational scheduling percentage
3. The scheduled run time was yesterday, but the worker was sick. Work was not performed for this reserved time on the resource.
4. there is no available capacity for this resource until next week, but delivery date is today
I find it common for workers to miss/delay a "operation" in the route. If this is missed, product does not get finished. If capacity for this resource is fully reserved until next week are there other options to have this production order report as finished not using master planning.
ie. Can we set the operational scheduling percentage of this resource to 90%, and somehow allow that 10% to be used for only "rescheduling" production orders.
