Getting 404 error when accessing the Enterprise Portal site in Ax 2009 through Published URL or machind IP Address

Hi,

I have deployed the Enterprise portal site in  SharePoint 2010. And The Web application URL(INTERNET URL)  is Already Published.

But i am not able to access(getting 404 error) the EP site through published URL(INTERNET URL) or Machine IP address in out side the domain.

But able to access the with machine name in Local Network(same DOMAIN).

Please Help me... URGENT
