Ideal Server Specifications for Ax for Retail

I would like to get opinion on what is the optimal server spec for Dynamics Ax for Retail.
We will have 140 POS terminals
Between 15 to 24 warehouse/distribution users
Comment on the architecture would be appreciated, ie AOS Server spec, SQL Server spec and any thoughts on redundancy and High availability if unique to Ax.
