approx 200K records daily import - Which is the best option?

I need to import some ~ 200K transactions as an end of day batch import from another SQL Server 2008 DB Table which is in the same network as AX 2012

Which would be the best approach for this type of scenario, currently looking at all options eg:- ODBC,AIF,MSMQ, etc

Thanks in advance, any recommendations for the data import to AX 2012.
