Once a project budget allocation has been edited (allocations distributed by quarter or by year) I do not see a way to view the edited allocations until the budget allocations have been approved.
Scenario,
Open a project, go to the plan tab, and select Project Budget. Choose Allocate budget, in the By time period choose By quarter, then choose allocate. Notice that the Budget costs are distributed by quarter. Uncheck all of the boxes so that you can edit the allocations (you must be sysadmn to edit, I think that this is a bug but I digress). modify the distribution amounts and then choose OK.
At this point I do not know of a way for the submitter or the approver to review these edits. The edits must be blindly approved. Once approved they can be viewed in the View approved allocation on the Budget tab of the project.
Can someone direct me to a form or report where Project budget allocations can be viewed before they are approved.
