Transfer journal should create automatically after PR approved

Hi Friends,

I need to prepare the Functional Specs document on Inter Unit Inventory.

After PR approves then Transfer Journal should create automatically. We need to customize this by using EP (Web).

Can anybody helps me out regarding How to write the Functional specs on this Concept, and how to design the EP Screen for this.

Just please give me your valuable inputs as much you know. I need the points/flows/EP Form Format

It would be very appreciable if you help me out.
