AX 2012: Is Workflow can still work if disconnected to domain controller?

Hi All,

I just want to clarify if AX2012 Workflow can still work when disconnected to Domain Controller?

My Scenario is here:

I install AX 2012 in a Dell Laptop with Windows 7 64 Bit installed.

I have a Domain Controller which is in another Server or Computer

When I install AX 2012 in Dell Laptop I used the Administrator Account in the Domain Controller and successfully installed it.

when I try to use the workflow its working when its connected to Domain Controller but when I disabled my Network Connection the AX 2012 still working but when I do the workflow it gives me error. Cannot create a workflow.

Anyone experienced this?
