X++ to retrieve unit of measure in AX2012

Hi All,

If I have an itemID and a inventDim, is there a find method or an easy way to retrieve the unit of measure tied to this item?  There's a million tables blown out for unit of measure and most are just recIDs, has anyone written this yet?
