Copying Label file from us to in in AX 2012 R2

Dear All,

I have migrated the objects in AX 2012 R2 with the label files with en-us language.

But I also wanted these labels files to be in en-in language.

What I did ??

1) I have copied the label files of "en-us"  to "en-in"

2) When I restart the AOS services all my label files from en-us has gone.

Plz let me know if any one knows how to copy label files from one language to other in AX 2012 R2.
