Reverse into single open transaction AX2012

Hi,

Has anybody ever succeeded in the part in bold below?

Settle Open transactions – customer (form) [AX2012]

Button Transaction reorganizing

Reorganize an open transaction. You can split a transaction into new transactions with new due dates, or you can select multiple open transactions and reorganize them into a single open transaction.

Once I split an open transaction I can’t reverse it back or execute any summation at all.

Any help would be much appreciated.
