Error attempting to Cancel Quantity Remainder on Sales Order that has Picking List Registration

 I have encountered a problem when attempting to Cancel Remaining Quantity on my sales order that has gone through the Picking List Registration. It gives me the error:  Activities in process exists.

I reviewed in the  Inventory Management Parameters in the  box "End output inventory order" and it's unchecked, so I changed it, but it doesn't work.
